摘要
用不同比例的硅钙渣替代石灰石和黏土掺入水泥生料中,在不同的烧成温度(1200℃、1250℃、1300℃、1350℃、1400℃和1450℃)下进行煅烧,对烧成熟料的易烧性、矿物组成及矿物相的微观形貌进行分析。研究结果表明:在生料中掺加硅钙渣有助于液相形成、降低水泥熟料的烧成温度和改善生料的易烧性,更有利于烧成贝利特熟料,不利于烧成阿利特熟料。在生料中硅钙渣的掺量较高(60%)时,硅钙渣中微量氧化钠的存在使生料在烧成时形成不利于C_3S晶体形成和成长的碱性液相及价键较强AlO_4^(5-)和FeO_4^(5-)四面体,从而使烧成熟料中的C_3S矿物不论从外观还是Ca/Si摩尔比都接近C_2S矿物。
Calcium silicate slag( CSC) with different proportion instead of limestone and clay in cement raw material was calcined at different temperature( 1200 ℃,1250 ℃,1300 ℃,1350 ℃,1400 ℃ and 1450 ℃),and the burnability,the mineral composition and the micro morphology of the clinker were analyzed. The results indicate that the addition of CSC in the raw material contributes to the formation of liquid phase,reduces the calcination temperature,improves the burnability of raw material,and is more conducive to the production of Belite,however,is not good for the formation of Alite. When the incorporation of CSC in the raw material is high( 60%),the presence of microscale sodium in CSC make raw materials form alkaline liquid phase and valence bond strong AlO_4^(5-) and FeO_4^(5-) tetrahedron which are not conducive to the formation and growth of C_3S crystals,so that the C_3S mineral of clinker is close to C_2S whether the appearance or Ca/Si molar ratio.
