摘要
采用大型落锤冲击仪对一种新型多层道面体系进行了抗冲击性能试验研究.该新型多层道面体系自上而下依次为:沥青混凝土层、高强度混凝土层、复合水泥基层.作为对比试验,同时对传统的刚性(混凝土)道面和柔性(沥青)道面进行了落锤冲击下动态响应的试验研究,从损伤程度、破坏形式、变形特征以及加速度响应等方面对3种道面体系的抗冲击性能进行了对比和评估.研究表明,与传统的混凝土和沥青道面相比,在相同的冲击荷载作用下,新型多层道面体系损伤更小,抗冲击能力更强,延展性和吸能能力更好.
This paper presents an experimental study on the damage and failure model of a new type multi-layer pavement system under drop weight impact.Such a composite pavement consists of three layers including asphalt concrete at the top,high strength concrete in the middle,and engineered cementitious composites at the bottom.The aim is to quantify the extent to which the multi-layer composite improves the resistance of protective pavements against impact load.The large scale drop weight tests were conducted on multi-layer composite pavement samples to study their response and performance under impact loading.Conventional rigid concrete pavement and flexible asphalt pavement were also tested to identify the advantages of the multi-layer composite pavement system.The impact resistance of three different pavements is evaluated in terms of the extent of damage,failure mode,deformation,and accelerations against double impacts.The test results show that the multi-layer composite pavement system exhibits less damage,significantly improved impact resistance against double impacts and improved ductility and energy absorption capacity compared with both conventional concrete and asphalt pavements.
