Cable-Ready索绑内固定术对股骨假体周围骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复及生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨Cable-Ready索绑内固定术对股骨假体周围骨折(PFF)患者术后髋关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取郑州市骨科医院收治的74例PFF患者,按不同手术方案分为2组,各37例。对照组采用常规内固定手术,观察组采用Cable-Ready索绑内固定术。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后髋关节功能(Harris)及生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果观察组优良率、治疗后Harris评分及SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cable-Ready索绑内固定术治疗PFF,能有效提高患者髋关节功能及生活质量,疗效显著。
