摘要
随着技术的发展分子生物学技术以其准确、易行等优点,已开始成为微生物鉴定的标准方法。高通量宏基因组学可以研究所有分类水平上的微生物组成。现介绍宏基因组技术的发展及其在瘤胃微生物研究中的应用,旨在为更好的优化瘤胃发酵系统,提高饲料养分利用率和反刍动物生产潜力提供参考。
With the development of the technology,the molecular biology technology with its advantages of accurate,easy,has started to become a standard method of microbe.Macro high-throughput genomics can study all the classification level of microbial components.This paper introduces the development of the m＋etagenomics technology and its application in rumen microorganisms research.Aimed at to provide the reference on better optimization of rumen fermentation system,improve nutrient utilization and ruminant feed production potential.
