摘要
以铜绿微囊藻为实验材料,研究H_2O_2对其生长及生理特性的影响。结果显示,藻细胞密度与645nm波长处吸光值成正比关系,回归方程为y=957.32x-12.12,R2=0.989;在实验浓度范围内,随H_2O_2浓度上升,铜绿微囊藻细胞中丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐升高;H_2O_2对铜绿微囊藻72h半效致死浓度为0.0417m mol/L.
The effects of H_2O_2 on the growth and physiological characteristics of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied.The results showed that the density of algal cells was proportional to the absorbance at the wavelength of 645 nm.The regression equation was y=957.32 x-12.12 and R2=0.989.In the experimental concentration range,with the increase of H_2O_2 concentration,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)in Microcystis aeruginosa were increased gradually.The 72 hEC50 of H_2O_2 on Microcystis aeruginosa was 0.0417 m mol/L.
