摘要
采用反应烧结法成功制备了透过率可以达到10%以上、平均晶粒尺寸约为8μm的Ce:YAG透明陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM等手段分析了此种透明陶瓷的基本性能.后将加工好的Ce:YAG透明陶瓷片制备成白光LED,并测试了相应的性能.
The Ce: YAG transparent ceramics which transmittance is more than 10% and grain size is about 8μm were successfully prepared by reaction sintering method. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze its basic performances. The Ce: YAG transparent ceramics were fixed in WLEDs element and the electroluminescence characterization of the WLEDs was also reached.
