SiO_2/Ag/SiO_2三层结构制备及其SERS性能的研究

摘要 利用磁控溅射技术在二维聚苯乙烯胶体球模板上制备SiO_2/Ag/SiO_2三层纳米结构.以4-巯基苯甲酸(MBA)为探针分子,对基底的SERS活性进行检测.在SiO_2/Ag/SiO_2三层纳米结构中,随着Ag层厚度的增加,SERS信号逐渐增强.当Ag的厚度为100 nm时,在514.5 nm的激发波长下发生共振能量转移,SERS增强效果最好,增强因子达到106.SiO_2/Ag/SiO_2三层纳米结构具有有序度高、结构稳定等优点,而且制备工艺简单,在高灵敏度检测方面具有潜在的应用价值. SiO2/Ag/SiO2 sandwich nanostructures were prepared by magnetron sputtering technique on a twodimensional polystyrene colloidal spheres template. 4-mercaptobenzoic acid( MBA) as probe molecules,the SERS activity of the substrates were detected. In the SiO2/Ag/SiO2 sandwich nanostructures,the SERS signal increases with the increasing of the thickness of Ag layer. When the thickness of Ag was 100 nm,the excitation wavelength was 514. 5 nm occurs resonance energy transfer,and the enhancement effect of SERS was the best,and the enhancement factor reached 10^(-6). In this paper,the SiO2/Ag/SiO2 sandwich structure has high order,stable structure and simple preparation process. It has potential application value in SERS.
