咪唑类离子液体用于脱除燃油中噻吩的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择3种离子液体[HMIM][PF_6]、[BMIM][BF_4]和[EMIM][BF_4]为萃取脱硫溶剂对燃油进行深度脱硫,以苯并噻吩和正辛烷组成模型油,用分子连接性指数法选出了最优离子液体萃取剂为[HMIM][PF_6]。接着通过脱硫实验对所选离子液体在不同温度、搅拌时间、剂油比及萃取级数条件下的脱硫性能以及30℃下噻吩类硫化物的分配系数进行了实验研究和系统分析,并对离子液体进行了回收。结果表明,这3种离子液体对硫组分都有一定的去除能力,除硫能力最好且分配系数最大的均为[HMIM][PF_6],且回收利用多次后脱硫性能仍较高,说明其可以作为良好的萃取脱硫剂,并在未来脱硫工业中有一定的应用前景。 Three typesof Imidazolium-based ionic liquids including [HMIM][PF6] ,[BMIM][BF4] ,[EMIM][BF4] were chosen as the extractive desulfurization agents for fuel oil. Using a mixture of benzothiophene and [PF6] was selected as the optimum ionic liquid extractant by the molecular formances of the selected onic liquids (ILs) in different temperature, mass ratio model oil to ILstion and the distribution coefficient of thiophene sulfide at 30 C had been mvestigagedby the experimental study and system analy-sis, and the onic liquid was recovered. The results show that the three ILs have certain desulfurization ability, the largest distri-bution coefficient and the best desulfurization effect appear m [HMIM] PF6] .It still keeps a favorables repeatedly received. [HMIM][PF6] can be a good extractive desulfurization agent and t a certafield of extraction desulfurization.
