Comprehensively Promoting the Administration of Medical Insurance in Accordance with the Law

党的十九大报告提出要将全面依法治国确立为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略之一,从完善医疗保险制度本身来看,也必须实现法治化。下一步,应加快医疗保险立法,坚持立法先行,发挥立法的引领和推动作用;深入推进医疗保险依法行政,强化医疗保险法律法规的实施;同时,推动全社会树立医疗保险法治意识。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward that it is necessary to establish a comprehensive rule of law as one of the basic strategies of the new era.From the view of improving the medical insurance system itself, it is necessary to realize the rule of law. Next, we should speed up the legislation of medical insurance, further promote the administration of medical insurance according to law, strengthen the implementation of laws and regulations for medical insurance, and at the same time, promote the whole society to establish the consciousness of rule of law in medical insurance.
