顺应DRGs付费新政 提升医院管理水平

Conforming to the DRGs Pay New Deal to Improve the Level of Hospital Management

2011年7月,北京市人社局、卫生局、财政局、发改委等四部门联合发布了《关于开展按病种分组(DRGs)付费试点工作的通知》(市人社医发[2011]207号),选择包括北京友谊医院在内的6家医保定点医院开展按病组分组付费试点。北京友谊医院把这一改革试点作为一项系统工程来抓,在转观念、打基础、建标准、提质量和规范化管理等内涵建设上下功夫。经过6年的试点,取得了医保付费改革和医院管理的双丰收,例均费用平稳下降,医院的精细化管理水平大提升。

In July 2011, four departments of Beijing jointly issued policy notice, and selected 6 designated hospitals for medical insurance, including Beijing Friendship Hospital, to carry out the experimental group payment according to the disease group. This is an opportunity for Beijing Friendship Hospital to work hard on the connotation construction of the concept, foundation, standard, quality and standardized management. After 6 years of pilot, a double harvest of medical insurance payment reform and hospital management has been obtained. The cost of the hospital is steadily declining, and the level of ？ ne management of the hospital has been greatly improved.
