摘要 民族文化生成于独特的自然人文生态环境,以自发的方式代代相传,原始而简单,和谐而自然。百余年来,社会巨变导致生产与生活方式发生根本性变化,从而使民族传统文化逐渐失去存在的条件。现代教育在民族地区从无到有、从小到大地发展,普及了科学文化,凝聚了民族精神,打开了通向世界的大门,对来自不同源头独立发展的文化系统融入主流文化起到了重要的作用。但以同化为目的的教育,忽略了民族文化背景与民族生存的实际,使民族发展的内在动力日渐削弱。反思历史,透视现实,洞察未来,立足民族文化之根,认清并确立民族教育的当代使命和价值关怀,弘扬民族文化,挖掘并激发民族内源性发展动力,以开创民族生存的未来路径。 Ethnic culture,which derives from the unique ecological and cultural environments,is primitive,simple,harmonious and native.It is handed down from generation to generation spontaneously.In the past over one hundred years,great changes in society have brought about fundamental transformation between the modes of production and life,which makes national traditional culture lose its condition to survive.Modern education has developed in the ethnic areas out of nothing and from being minor to major,and then popularizes the science and culture and agglomerates the ethnic spirit.In addition,it has opened a door to the world,which plays an important role in integrating the cultural systems with independent development and from different sources into the mainstream culture.However,the modern education whose main purpose is to assimilate cultures neglects the background of the ethnic culture and the reality of the ethnic surviving,which increasingly impairs the internal impetus of the ethnic development.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on the history,observe the reality,gain insight into the future,think from the root of the ethnic culture so as to recognize and establish the contemporary missions and value solicitudes of the ethnic education,to promote the ethnic culture,and to explore the impetus of the ethnic endogenous development.Only in those ways can we find a way for the existence of the ethnic groups.
