摘要 美国"国家年度教师"评选活动已有六十多年的历史,其评选核心标准是公平地评选出能以学生发展为本、激发所有学生潜能的卓越教师。获得"国家年度教师"称号的教师享有一定的权利也要承担相应的义务,国家会从社会组织、制度和经费保障等方面给予支持。美国卓越教师培养的经验是:建立高标准的教师资格认证制度,创建校本专业学习共同体,营造卓越教师成长的生态文化环境,赋予教师更多的教育自主权,弘扬教师职业信念和献身教学改革的精神。这些经验都是值得我国学习与借鉴的。 American National Teacher of the Year Award has selected excellent teachers for over 60 years.Its core selection criteria include the ability to arouse all the students’ potentials which embody the principle of students’ development foremost.In addition,fairness is seen through the process,and the person who gets this award should undertake relevant rights and duties.American authority supports and normalizes professional development of teachers in the aspects of social organization and system,fund guarantee and so on,constructs school-based professional research,sets up eco-culture for the production of excellent teachers,firms teachers’ professional faith to dedicate to the teaching reform,and gives teachers more educational autonomies in order to produce excellent teachers.All these measures are what we should learn from America.
