国家级非物质文化遗产“黄沙狮子”青少年广播操创编研究

Research on the Creation of Youth Sports Broadcasting of National Intangible Cultural Heritage "yellow sand lion"

创编以国家级非物质文化遗产"黄沙狮子"为文化与技术载体的儿童青少年广播操,以黄沙狮子技术动作为基础,以操化的形式对儿童青少年的力量、平衡、协调、柔韧等素质进行锻炼,来提高儿童青少年身体素质和传承优秀传统文化。文章采用文献资料法、访谈法对黄沙狮子广播操的创编与实施进行了理论与实证。结论:黄沙狮子广播操的创编符合科学性、简单性、文化性的原则,能够体现黄沙狮舞之精髓,在推广实施过程中得到学生和老师较高的评价,而且能有效提高学生的柔韧性、腿部力量、平衡与协调能力,验证了黄沙狮舞进校园的必要性与可行性。

with the creation of the national intangible cultural heritage ＂yellow lion＂ for broadcasting culture and technology carrier children to exercise, yellow lion technology movement as a foundation, to exercise in the form of children＇s strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, the quality of training, to improve the physical quality of children and adolescents and inherit the traditional culture. This article uses the literature method and the interview method to carry on the theory and the demonstration to the yellow sand lion broadcast exercise creation and the implementation. Conclusion： the yellow lion guangbocao created in line with the principle of scientific, simple and culture, can embody the essence of the sand, the evaluation of teachers and students of higher in the promotion of the implementation process, but also can effectively improve students＇ flexibility, leg strength, balance and coordination, and verify the feasibility and necessity of the sand into the campus.
