摘要
目的:大学生体质健康状况一直都是教育界关注的焦点问题。文章研究持续参加"悦跑"能否对大学生身心健康水平产生影响。方法:2015年3月和2016年2月对吕梁学院一般大学生和"吕梁学院悦跑群"的大学生成员关于体质和心理健康进行两次测试。施以"悦跑"干预后,从包容力、意志品质、个性成熟、人际交往、生活态度等几方面来测量大学生的心理健康程度。从坐位体前屈、引体向上、立定跳远、50m和800m等几方面来测量大学生的身体健康程度。结果:"悦跑"干预后实验组大学生与对照组在心理和体质方面都存在很大差异,且实验组的大学生的身心健康水平远高于对照组。"悦跑"干预能够通过显著改善体质健康问题从而提高包容力、意志品质、个性成熟、人际交往、生活态度等心理健康水平,而两组的引体向上均非常差,应当加以重视和提高。建议:通过各种途径,竭力利用高科技手段,引导学生积极参加体育活动,提高各方面的身体素质,让学生懂得只有坚持经常参加体育活动,只有养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯,才能增强体质、提高健康水平。
Objective: the health status of college students has always been the focus of education. This paper studies whether the continuous participation in Run can influence the physical and mental health of college students. Methods: in March 2015 and February 2016, college students of Luliang University are tested twice in terms of physical fitness and mental health. After the intervention of "Run", the psychological health of college students was measured from the aspects of tolerance, the quality of will, the maturity of personality, interpersonal communication and attitude of life. The physical health of college students was measured from the front of the seat, the pull-up, the vertical jump, 50 m and 800 m. Results: there are significant differences in psychological and physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group in the experimental group, and the physical and mental health of the students in the experimental group are significantly higher than that in the control group. "Run" intervention can significantly improve physical health problems by improving capacity, will quality, mature personality, interpersonal communication, life attitude and mental health, and two groups of pull-ups are very poor, should be pay attention to and improve. Suggestion: through various channels, trying to use high-tech means, guide students to take an active part in sports activities, improve all aspects of physical quality, let the students know only stick to often taking part in sports activities, only students to form good habit of exercise the body, can they strengthen physique, improve the level of health.
