On Idiomatic Translation of the Consolations of Philosophy in Zi Zhongyun's Chinese Translation Version

通过资中筠先生翻译的《哲学的慰藉》中的地道翻译原则与策略,分析地道翻译具有的基本特征。通过对资中筠先生翻译遵循的原则及风格进行尝试性分析和构建,以研究女性译者在文化关注及社会忧虑中所作出的翻译活动及其重要意义。

This paper discussed on the principles and strategies of idiomatic translation in Zi Zhongyun＇s Chinese translation version of The Consolations of Philosophy. The analysis attempts to examine the basic concepts of idiomatic. From the perspective of idiomatic translation, the study finds that Zi Zhongyun＇s translation principles and styles, which help to construct the female translators＇ social concerns and significance in tran slation activity.
