摘要
为了降低电脑平缝机控制系统的成本,提高控制系统性能,提出无光耦隔离驱动方式、分块独立供电模式和采集模块高速光耦隔离防护措施,利用SVPWM矢量控制策略与PI调节器,并加入抗积分饱和与死区补偿策略,以提高系统的准确性和稳定性。基于32位浮点型DSP和IPM智能功率模块完成了一套高集成、低成本的全数字化电脑平缝机控制系统。系统测试结果表明,在调速范围、响应速度和控制精度等方面均满足工业要求。
In order to reduce the cost of the control system of the computer rewing machine and improve the performance of the control system,it is proposed that the optocoupler isolation drive mode,the independent power supply mode and the acquisition isolation protection measures. In this paper, SVPWM vector control strategy and PI regulator are used, and the anti - integral saturation anddead zone compensation strategy are added to improve the accuracy and stability of the system. Basetelligent power module to complete a set of highly integrated, low-cost, all-digital computer sewing machine control system. The test resultsshow that the speed range, response speed, control accuracy and so on can meet the industrial requirements.
