手部烧伤患者康复护理干预模式的临床实践总结

Clinical practice and summary of nursing intervention modes in the patients with hand burn injury

目的探讨手部烧伤患者康复护理干预模式的效果,为手部烧伤患者的康复提供依据。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月我院收治的烧伤治疗进行后期康复的手部烧伤患者80例,经患者知情同意并签署知情同意书后,采用随机数字表法将全部患者分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组采用常规治疗+常规护理+常规康复干预模式,治疗组采用常规治疗+常规护理+康复护理干预模式,干预时间2个月。记录2组患者的性别、年龄、致伤原因、烧伤位置、疤痕面积、康复前及康复后握力、手指关节总活动度、Barthel指数评定量表评分、简明烧伤健康量表评分。结果治疗组与对照组的康复优良率分别为95.0%和77.5%,治疗组的康复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复后对照组与治疗组患者握力、手指关节总活动度、Barthel指数评定量表评分、简明烧伤健康量表评分均高于康复前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复前对照组与治疗组患者握力、手指关节总活动度、Barthel指数评定量表评分、简明烧伤健康量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复后治疗组患者握力、手指关节总活动度、Barthel指数评定量表评分、简明烧伤健康量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预模式可以改善手部烧伤患者康复效果,提高日常生活活动能力,提高综合健康情况及生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of different rehabilitation nursing intervention modes on the patients with hand burn injury,so as to provide the evidence for rehabilitation nursing of hand burn patients.Methods Eighty patients with hand burn injury,who received surgery and late rehabilitation care in the hospital from January 2012 to December 2014,were recruited as study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random cluster method,each consisting of 40 patients.The control group received routine therapy + routine nursing + conventional rehabilitation,while the experimental group was treated with routine therapy + routine nursing + rehabilitation nursing intervention mode,for a total of 2 months.Such medical data as gender,age,causes of injury,sites of burns,sizes of scar,hand grip strength before and after rehabilitation,scope of activity of finger joints,scores of Barthel index rating scale,and scores of concise burns health scale were recorded in the 2 patient groups.Results Satisfactory recovery rates for the treatment group and control group were respectively 95.0% and 77.5%,with that of the treatment group being obviously superior to that of the control group,and statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Following rehabilitation,hand grip strength,scope of activity of finger joints,scores of Barthel index rating scale and scores of concise burns health scale for the 2 groups were all improved than those before intervention,also with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before rehabilitation,there were no statistical differences in hand grip strength,scope of activity of finger joints,scores of Barthel index rating scale and scores of concise burns health scale for the 2 groups,when comparisons were made between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).After rehabilitation,hand grip strength,scope of activity of finger joints,scores of Barthel index rating scale and scores of concise burns health scale for the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,also with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention mode could improve recovery effect on the patients with hand burns,increase their daily life activity,and improve their overall health and life quality.For this reason,it is worth further popularization and application in clinical practice.
