For purification of superoxide dismutase frombovine and horse erythrocytes, the following proce-dures are designed: heat denaturation, organic sol-vent preciptant, and ultrafiltration. Preparation pro-cedure is simplified to such an extent that only twodays are taken from raw material to products. A lit-tle amount of acetone is used with low productioncosts and better working encironment. Ultrafiltra-tion is possible to save.
