摘要
铁路货车车厢的有效供电是实现车厢自动化控制和货物实时监控等电控技术的必要条件。针对铁路货车车厢发电成本高,供电困难的问题,设计了一种基于自适应控制的微型压缩空气发电系统。该系统在确保铁路货车运输安全的前提下,巧妙利用储存在铁路货车气路系统中的压缩空气,并且结合滑膜控制和PI控制法,实现了货车车厢的可靠发电。最后,通过MATLAB仿真实验,验证了方法的正确性和有效性。
Effective power of railway freight cars is the necessary condition to realize the electronic control technologies such as automatic train control and real-time monitoring of goods. Due to the high cost of electricity generation and the difficulties of power supply on railway freight cars,a micro compressed air power generation system based on adaptive control is designed. In this system,the reliable power generation on freight cars was realized using the compressed air stored in the pneumatic system and the methods of synovial control and PI control under the premise can ensure the safety of railway freight transportation. In the end,experimental results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the method using MATLAB simulation.
