基于Activiti的合理化建议管理系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of the rationalization proposal management system based on Activiti

随着电网企业内部沟通制度的健全,各组员工的合理化建议上报需求越来越大,传统的合理化建议管理模式已逐渐变得不合时宜。针对这个问题,本文设计并实现了基于Activiti工作流引擎扩展的合理化建议管理系统。首先介绍了工作流相关技术,对业界广泛使用的4种工作流引擎进行简要介绍,说明了适合本文的Activiti的基本原理,然后对合理化建议管理系统进行功能和性能需求分析,最后以Spring MVC+Spring+Hibernate搭建系统的总体框架,并详细描述了Activiti的集成和扩展的实现方法。实际应用表明,基于Activiti的合理化建议管理系统为企业提供了高效的合理化建议管理、流程监控、统计报表等功能,达到了预期的开发目标。

With the improvement of internal communication system in the power grid enterprises , thedemand for rationalization proposal of employees is increasing. The traditional rationalizationmanagement mode has gradually become outdated. In order to solve this problem , this paper deimplements a rationalization proposal management system based on the extension of Activiti. This paperfirst introduces the workflow-related technology , introduces four widely-used workflow engines explains the basic principle of Activiti , and then analyzes the function and performance reqrationalization proposal management system. Finally , Spring MVC ＋ Spring＋Hibernate to build the overall framework of the system , and a detailed description of the integration and extended Activitiimplementation. The practical application shows that the rationalized proposal management system based on Activiti provides the enterprise with the functions of rationalization proposal management , processmonitoring and statistical report , and achieves the expected development goals.
