中药渣制备发酵饲料生产工艺的研究 被引量:20

摘要 以药食同源中药渣为试验材料,采用现代发酵技术,将中药渣转变为可在养殖行业使用的发酵饲料,实现中药渣无害化、资源化再利用。结果表明,中药渣制备发酵饲料的最佳工艺条件为外源添加15%~20%蔗糖,按照0.5‰~5‰的接种量(混合菌剂,包括植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和安琪啤酒酵母),与高湿药渣搅拌均匀后于常温下(25~37℃)密闭发酵2d后即可使用或长期存放。发酵过程及密闭存放过程中(1~60d)未出现明显的染霉菌等杂菌的情况。中药渣经过发酵,降低了粗纤维和灰分含量,同时增加了粗蛋白、各种有机酸等有益成分的含量,可作为发酵饲料在养殖行业中部分替代普通饲料。 Chinese medicine residue was transformed into fermented feed in aquaculture industry. In the process,aquaculture industry was adopted and it can be realized that harmless of Chinese medicine residue and resource recycling. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of fermented feed were as follows: added 15% ~ 20% sucrose,0. 5‰ ~ 5‰ inoculation( mixed strains,including Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus acidophilus and beer yeast),mixed with high wet medicine residue,fermented two days under normal temperature( 25 ~ 27℃) without air. Fermentation process and closed storage process( 1 ~ 60 days) did not appear obvious mold bacteria and other bacteria. Chinese medicine residue after fermentation,reduced the crude fiber and ash content,while increased the crude protein,a variety of organic acids and other beneficial ingredients. The complex herb-medicine dregs could be used as a fermentation feed which partly replaced ordinary feed in aquaculture industry.
