摘要 本文通过对近年来国内外有关全谷物对代谢综合征调控作用的研究进行综述,为全谷物营养价值的研究以及合理消费提供科学依据。 We reviewed the research progress on the regulation of metabolic syndrome by whole grains at home and abroad in recent years,and provided scientific basis for the study on whole grains nutritional value and rational consumption.
