开孔钢板型竹混凝土连接件荷载滑移性能 被引量:4

摘要 为研究开孔钢板型竹-混凝土剪力连接件的力学行为,对3个开孔钢板型连接件进行了静载推出试验,并采用位移计测量法和数字图像相关法对界面滑移进行测量.试验结果表明,试件破坏时开孔钢板与竹材之间未发生明显破坏,开孔钢板孔内混凝土抗剪榫及钢板下部混凝土支撑面发生破坏,破坏过程未见剧烈的破坏反应,破坏模式属于延性破坏.连接件的极限承载力标准差较小,承载力学性能稳定.剪力件两侧滑移沿高度整体分布规律一致,表明开孔钢板剪力件的剪力传递均匀,荷载-滑移曲线显示其具有很好的滑移变形能力.开孔钢板型竹-混凝土剪力连接件的抗剪承载力主要由开孔钢板孔内混凝土抗剪榫及钢板下部混凝土支撑面提供,特定的钢-混凝土连接件承载力计算模型对于新型开孔钢板型竹-混凝土连接件承载力的预测具有一定的适用性. To investigate the mechanical behaviors of the perforated plate shear connections of bambooconcrete,three perforated plate connectors were tested under static push-out loading,and the measuring method based on the linear variable displacement transducer(LVDT) and the digital image correlation(DIC) method were used to measure the interface slip.The results show that there is no obvious damage between the perforated plate and the bamboo when the failure of the connectors occurs.The concrete dowels in the holes of the perforated plate and the concrete supporting surface are damaged.No drastic reactions are observed during the failure process and the failure modes are ductile.The standard deviation of the ultimate bearing capacity is small and the bearing capacity of the connectors is stable.The distributions of the slips along the height of both sides are the same,showing that the shear transmits evenly for the perforated plate shear connections,and the load-slip curves exhibit its excellent slip deformation ability.The shear bearing capacity of the perforated plate connectors is mainly provided by the concrete dowels in the hole of the perforated plate and the concrete bearing under the low edge of the steel plate.The specific model for the bearing capacity of the steel concrete connectors has a certain applicability for the prediction of the new perforated plate shear connections of bamboo-concrete.
