摘要 针对PLC课程课堂教学无实物,学生学习不直观的问题,提出一种利用组态软件与PLC实物构成的虚拟仿真平台。通过力控软件与西门子S7-200 PLC交通灯虚拟仿真系统设计为例,构建力控图形界面,设置组态软件与PLC间的参数,编制交通灯PLC程序并在虚拟平台下载调试运行,上位监控计算机在脱离实际物理控制对象的情况下,可通过PLC实物指示灯显示及力控仿真界面同时观察仿真结果。开发的此平台既方便教师携带进入课堂教学,同时提高了学生学习PLC的兴趣,对于PLC课程的理论和实践教学改革的有益的尝试。 In view of no physical object available for classroom teaching and unintuitive learning of the students in the PLC course,this paper presents a virtual simulation platform composed of configuration software and physical PLC object. Taking the design of force control software and Siemens S7-200 PLC traffic light virtual simulation platform as example,it constructs a force control graphical interface,sets parameters between the configuration software and PLC,compiles traffic light PLC program and completes its downloading,debugging and operation on the virtual platform. The upper monitoring computer,when disconnected from its physical control object,can observe simulation results through display of the physical PLC indicator and the force control simulation interface at the same time. The developed platform can not only be brought into the classroom by the teacher,but will also raise students' interest in leaning PLC. It is a useful attempt for the theoretical and practical teaching reform for PLC courses.
