摘要
目的探讨大连地区14 655例体检人士非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)发病率与体重指数(BMI)及年龄的关系。方法分组:男、女年龄分别按10岁为一个区间分组;BMI值按<18.5 kg/m2、18.5~23.9 kg/m2、24.0~27.9 kg/m2、≥28.0 kg/m2分偏瘦、正常、轻度肥胖、重度肥胖组;NAFLD诊断按超声检查结果分组。比较男、女在不同BMI及年龄段分组内NAFLD发病率的差异和男、女对应分组之间的差异。结果男性、女性相同年龄组NAFLD发病率各BMI组间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。相同BMI组NAFLD发病率:男性40~60岁较高,女性50岁以后较高。总体NAFLD发病率男性比女性高。除70岁以上外,各年龄组NAFLD发病率男性均高于女性;除BMI<18.5 kg/m2组外,各BMI组NAFLD发病率男性均高于女性。结论 NAFLD发病率随着体重指数增加而增加。随着年龄增长,NAFLD发病率有增加趋势,男性40~60岁较高,女性50岁以后较高。NAFLD发病率男性比女性高,各年龄组、各BMI组NAFLD发病率男性均高于女性,70岁以上和BMI偏低除外。
Objective To investigate the correlation between non alcohol fatty liver disease( NAFLD) and body mass index( BMI) as well as patient's age in Dalian. Methods The 14,655 subjects who underwent health examination were divided into different age groups at an interval of 10 years,moreover,according to BMI( BMI 18. 5 kg/m2,18. 5 kg/m2~23. 9 kg/m2,24. 0 kg/m2~ 27. 9 kg/m2,≥28. 0 kg/m2),they were divided into four groups. The differences of incidence rate of NAFLD were observed and compared among different age groups and different BMI groups. Results There were significant differences in incidence rates of NAFLD in the same age group between males and females( P 0. 05). At the same BMI group,the incidence rate of NAFLD in 40 ~ 60 years group of males was higher,however,which was higher in 50 years group of females. Except for 70 years group,the incidence rate of NAFLD in the other age groups of males were higher than that of females,moreover,except for BMI 18. 5 kg/m2 group,the incidence rate of NAFLD in the other BMI groups of males were higher than that of females,Conclusion The incidence rate NAFLD is increased with the increasing of BMI,moreover,with the increasing of patient's age the incidence rate of NAFLD has an increasing trend. The incidence rate of NAFLD in males is higher than that in females. Except for 70 years group,the incidence rates in the other age groups and BMI groups in males are higher than those in females.
