结直肠癌中CD105、环氧化酶和血管内皮生长因子的表达及与血管生成的关系 被引量:3

Expression of CD105,cyclooxygenase and vascular endothelial growth factor in colorectal cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis

摘要 目的研究结直肠癌中CD105、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平,并观察其与血管生成的关系,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取2016年4月到2017年5月收治的结直肠癌患者89例,应用免疫组化SP法检测患者癌组织CD105表达微血管密度(MVD),并观察癌组织和癌旁组织COX-2和VEGF表达,应用Spearman相关性分析MVD、COX-2和VEGF之间关系。结果癌组织CD105表达MVD表达值为(38.41±7.08)个;癌组织COX-2和VEGF阳性率显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2和VEGF表达阳性的癌组织MVD值显著高于COX-2和VEGF表达阴性的癌组织MVD值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示:MVD与COX-2和VEGF呈正相关关系(P<0.05),COX-2与VEGF呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论CD105是结直肠癌新生血管的特异性标志物,COX-2和VEGF均与新血管生成存在较大关系。 Objective To investigate the expressions of CD105,cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in colorectal cancer,and to analyze the correlation between their expressions and angiogenesis of tumor in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Eighty-nine patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study. The expression levels of CD105 of microvessel density( MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry( SP),and the expression levels of COX-2 and VEGF in cancer tissues and tumor adjacent tissues were observed,moreover,the correlation among VEGF,COX-2 and MVD was analyzed by using Spearman correlation analysis. Results The expression value of CD105 MVD in cancer tissues was( 38. 41 ±7. 08),and the positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in tumor adjacent tissues( P 0. 05). The MVD value in cancer tissues expressing positively COX-2 and VEGF was significantly higher than that of cancer tissues expressing negatively COX-2 and VEGF( P 0. 05). The Spearman correlation analysis showed that MVD was positively correlated with COX-2 and VEGF( P 0. 05),moreover,COX-2 was positively correlated to VEGF( P 0. 05). Conclusion The CD105 is a specific marker of angiogenesis of colorectal cancer,moreover,COX-2 and VEGF are closely correlated with neoangiogenisis of tumor.
