生物陶瓷火罐结合痛点放血为主治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical Evaluation of Bioceramic Cupping Combined with Bloodletting at Pain Point in the Treatment of Acute LDH

目的:观察生物陶瓷火罐结合痛点放血辅助西药治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将74例LDH急性期患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组予利水消肿、抗炎、营养神经等对症治疗,观察组在此基础上予生物陶瓷火罐拔罐治疗,隔日1次,3次/周,且每周刺络放血2次。两组均连续治疗2周。观察患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及简体中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(SC-ODI)评分,治疗结束1个月后进行随访并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后及随访时两组患者VAS评分、SC-ODI评分较本组治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间治疗后同一时间点比较,观察组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为91.9%,高于对照组的73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物陶瓷火罐结合痛点放血辅助西药能减轻急性期LDH患者疼痛,改善患者功能活动,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of the combination therapy of bioceramic cupping,bloodletting at pain point,and western medication for lumber disc herniation( LDH) during acute period. Methods:74 acute LDH patients were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 37) and the control group( n =37). The control group was given symptomatic treatment with diuretics,anti-inflammatory agent,and neurotrophy medicine; on which basis,the observation group was also treated with bioceramic cupping once every other day for six times,and bloodletting at pain point was twice a week for four times. Scores of VAS and SC-ODI were observed and analyzed comparatively,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated one month after the treatment. Results: The scores of VAS and SC-ODI were significantly decreased after the treatment in the both groups( P < 0. 05); in which the observation group improved more than the control group( P < 0. 05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 9%,which was significantly higher than 73% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination therapy of bioceramic cupping,bloodletting at pain point,and western medication can effectively alleviate pain and improve the functional activities for acute LDH patients,which is superior to single western medication.
