摘要
根据食品化学课程的性质及现有教学资源,构建了课外网络辅助学习与讨论、课堂测验和讨论、课后作业和阅读文献、期末考试等方式的多元化考核体系.实践效果表明,多元化考核评价体系不仅能促进学生的学习动力和个性化培养,而且使课程考核真正起到检验学生学习效果和教师教学水平的作用.
According to the characteristics of food chemistry course and the teaching resources, the diversified assessment system was con-structed including extracurricular network assisted learning, classroom discussion, quizzes, homework, reading literature and final examina-tion ,etc. The practice effect showed that the diversified assessment system can not only promote learning motivation and individualized training of students, but also make the course examination to test the effect of the students'learning outcomes and the teaching level of teachers.
