摘要
辽宁省重点输水工程输水管线大部分采用了大口径PCCP,管道的最大设计覆土厚度为8 m。文章总结了在PCCP管道不同铺设形式下当管顶覆土厚度大于8 m时的技术与施工解决方案。工程实践表明,该方案保证了高覆土下PCCP管道的安全,节省了工期与工程成本。
The large diameter PCCP is adopted for the most of pipeline in the important water conveyance project of Liaoning Province. The maximum design thickness of earth-covered is 8 m. The paper summarizes the solution schemes of technique and construction for PCCP under different laying forms with the thickness of the earth-covered above the pipe top as more than 8 m.The engineering practice shows that the scheme could ensure the safety of the PCCP under thick earth-covered, shorten the construction period and save the cost.
