摘要
根据辉发河洪水特点及防洪工程现状,分析发生大洪水的原因及洪水发生的特点和过程,应用MIKE系列软件模拟一、二维耦合数值模型,计算辉发河的洪水淹没范围以及洪水流速,对辉发河干流左右岸洪水演进模拟结果进行淹没风险分析,为辉发河上游的水利工程安全建设规划及防洪评价提供重要依据。
According to the flood characteristics of the Huifahe river and the status of the flood control engineering, the paper analyzes the cause, characteristics and process of the big flood. By the one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupling numeral model with the MIKE series software, the paper calculates the flood inundation area and flow velocity of Huifahe river, analyzes the flood inundation risk for the flood routing simulation result for both bank of main Huifahe river, which could provide important reference for the safety construction planning and flood control evaluation of hydraulic engineering in upper stream of Huifahe river.
