With the deep development of the function of poetry, gathering becomes an important space for the communication and poetry of the scholars. During the Period of Dahe, due to the depression of the spirit of the times and the shrinking of the literati ,s realistic feelings, the gathering poems became a common theme in the middle and late Tang Dynasty. Yao He’ s gathering poems are based on the themes of farewell, host and banquet. In this kind of ritual writing, Yao He ’ s poems have the same pattern of writing, and individual expression based on individual literary ideas. Through the poems of Yao He, we can clearly understand the exemplary significance and leadership status of Yao He in the Literary Circle of Yaojia, and also observe the inner interaction between Yao He and Dahe Period.
