侵害电子商务中消费者知情权行为具有间接造成侵害的特征,因此,在侵权行为的责任分配上,将电商平台科以较为严格的责任,将是一个合理的选择。通过不真正连带责任的承担,先由电子商务交易平台承担赔偿责任,而后再向经营者追偿的规定,以达到在电子商务环境中合理、便捷地保护消费者的目的。
