摘要
从疼痛管理态度概念、现状、测量工具、影响因素等方面对癌症病人疼痛管理态度研究进展进行综述,为健康专业人员采取有效干预措施改善癌症病人的疼痛管理态度,提高病人对真实疼痛的报告和服用止痛药的依从性,有效控制病人的疼痛程度、提高其生活质量提供参考依据。
The research progress on pain management attitude of cancer patients was reviewed from the concept of pain management attitude,status quo,measuring tools and influencing factors.It provided the reference basis for the health professionals to take effective intervention measures to improve the pain management attitude of cancer patients,improve patients' compliance to real pain reports and taking painkillers,effectively control pain and improve their quality of life.
