摘要
为了研究远程培训中中小学教师互动学习情况,促使培训中真正的学习行为发生,提升培训的质量和效果,采用文献研究法、内容研究法,以特殊教育论课程学习为例,对中小学教师在远程培训中的互动学习情况、互动质量以及互动深度进行统计和分析,得出远程培训中中小学教师互动有助于教师进行学习迁移和深化的结论,同时也指出在此课程中存在的问题并提出相关的建议。
In order to study interactive learning in distance training for primary and middle school teachers, enhance the quality and effect of training, we statistics and analysis of the teachers in the remote training interaction learning, interaction quality and depth of interaction in primary and secondary schools by the literature research method and content research method, with Special Education Course as an example. The distance training for primary and middle school teachers in interaction helps teachers to learn the migration and dee-pen the conclusion. What’s more, this paper points out the existing problems in this course and puts forward related suggestions.
