摘要
近年来,中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升的新一轮培训已逐步启动。为了解现阶段河南省中小学教师信息技术应用能力水平,本研究以河南省城乡各地共885位中小学教师为研究对象,根据相应的标准对中小学教师信息技术应用能力现状开展了较为全面的调研,调研后发现主要存在部分教师对信息技术应用能力的内涵及自身水平认识不到位,部分学校领导理念认识和组织管理不到位,培训的评价及监管机制不到位等问题,提出了应提升教师对信息技术的认识、提升学校领导的信息化领导力、完善培训的评价与跟踪机制、提升培训的针对性与层次性、丰富培训方式等建议。
In recent years, a new round of training of primary and secondary teachers' information technology application ability has been gradually started.In order to understand primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability proficiency in Henan Province,this study selects 885 primary and secondary school teachers from urban and rural areas of Henan Province as the research subjects.Based on some corresponding standards,a comprehensive research was conducted to reveal the current situation of teachers' information technology application ability.It is found that the major problems lie in that some teachers know little about the connotation of information technology ability or their own ability,part of the school leadership lacks the awareness of the concept,organization and management of information technology,and there is not a proper mechanism for assessment and supervision of training.Therefore, some suggestions are put forward,that is,enhancing teachers' understanding of information technology,fostering the informatization leadership among the school leaders,improving the mechanisms of evaluation and tracking in training,making clear the training targets and contents,and diversifying the methods in training.
