摘要
近年来,机器人的日趋规模应用对人力资源管理开始产生影响。对工业机器人在制造业应用的研究发现,工业机器人对劳动密集型企业的一般就业岗位已有较大替代性。我国人力资源数量和素质都很特殊,又处在新的发展阶段,各方面都需要适应特殊且正在变化的管理环境。研究表明,未来机器人对人力资源的影响会更大;我国人力资源质量需求在提升、数量需求一定程度在减少,整体素质不能适应质量需求,就业压力依然十分巨大,必须把提升人力资源素质作为应对机器人影响的根本策略,这样才能使我国就业结构与产业结构协同迈上中高端。
In recent years,a large-scale use of robots has cast an increasing influence on HR management.In the prospective of using industrial robots in manufacturing,robots have been found to have great substitutability for the general employment in labor-intensive enterprises.The reality of Chinese human resources,with special quantity and quality,must adapt to the changing management in the new normal.Study shows that robots will be more important,and thus the demand for human resources in China will be more qualitative and less quantitative,and there will be a distinctive gap between the quality and the quantity of human labor as demanded,thus creating a big pressure for employment.It is imperative to take the improvement of the quality of human resources as a fundamental strategy for coping with the problem,and only in this way can the employment structure and industrial structure of China move toward a higher end synergically.
