胸腺肽对AECOPD患者细胞免疫功能影响的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的系统评价胸腺肽对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库等相关期刊,查找胸腺肽治疗AECOPD细胞免疫功能的临床研究,按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入19篇文献,包括1522例患者。Meta分析结果显示各研究间均存在异质性(P<0.05),采用随机效应模型进行Meta分析。其结果显示,胸腺肽能明显增加T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞表达,抑制CD8+亚群表达(P<0.05)。各研究间不存在发表偏倚(P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽能改善AECOPD细胞免疫功能,但还需要更多大样本高质量随机对照试验来证实。 Objective To systematically review the impact of thymosin on cellular immune function in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD). Methods Computer retrievaled the clinical studies about the treatment of thymosin on AECOPD disease in cellular immune function from Pub Med,Cochrane Library,China Academic Journals Full-text database,VIP database,Wanfang database. According the to inclusion and exclusion criteria and to screen literature,extract information and evaluate the quality by two researchers,and then progress Meta-analysis by Stata12. 0 software. Results We studied and analyzed 19 articles,including 1522 patients. Meta-analysis showed there were heterogeneity between studies( P〈0. 05),the random effects model were adopted. The results showed,thymosin significantly increased T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+cells and NK cell,but decreased the CD8+cell( P〈0. 05).There was no publication bias between studies( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Thymosin can improve cell immune function in AECOPD,but it also need more large sample of high-quality randomized controlled trials to confirm.
