混合痔外切内扎联合聚桂醇注射疗法的临床效果评价

Cinical effect of suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid combined with lauromacrogol injection therapy for mixed hemorrhoid

目的评价分析混合痔患者应用外切内扎联合聚桂醇注射疗法治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月56例混合痔患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为两组,每组32例。观察组应用外切内扎联合聚桂醇注射疗法,对照组应用外切内扎法进行治疗。观察比较两组临床治疗有效率、术后疼痛、肛周水肿、创面愈合时间及混合痔复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床有效率(96.43%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛(3.57%)、肛周水肿情况(0)均优于对照组(21.43%、17.86%),观察组切口疼痛时间[(3.34±1.28)d]及愈合时间[(1.89±1.23)d]均明显短于对照组[(5.14±1.17)、(4.38±1.06)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访结果显示,观察组术后混合痔复发率(0.0%)明显低于对照组(14.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔应用外切内扎联合聚桂醇注射疗法后,患者疼痛、肛周水肿等临床症状明显消失,临床效果显著,术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间短、疾病复发率低。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid combind with lauromacrogol injection therapy for mixed hemorrhoid. Methods Fifty-six cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table methods,32 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid combind with lauromacrogol injection therapy,the control group was treated by suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid. The clinical efficiency,postoperative pain,perianal edema,wound healing time and postoperative recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After different treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group（ 96. 43%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 75. 00%）,and there was difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative pain（ 3. 57%） and perianal edema（ 0） in the observation group were both better than those in the control group（ 21. 43% and 17. 86%,P〈0. 05）. The wound pain time[（ 3. 34 ± 1. 28） d]and healing time[（ 1. 89 ± 1. 23） d]in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [（ 5. 14 ± 1. 17） d and（ 4. 38 ± 1. 06） d,P〈0. 05） ]. Postoperative follow-up showed that the postoperative recurrence rate of mixed hemorrhoids in the observation group（ 0. 00%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 14. 29%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions After combination therapy,the clinical symptoms such as pain and perianal edema disappeared,the clinical effect is significant and the postoperative pain and wound healing time is short,the recurrence rate is low.
