口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effects of oral implant repair and routine repair on dentition defect treatment

目的对比口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损中的治疗效果。方法选取牙列缺损患者80例随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规修复治疗,观察组患者给予口腔种植修复治疗,对比两组患者的总有效率、患者自觉满意度等指标值。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.5%高于对照组(82.5%),且患者在咀嚼功能、语言功能、固位功能、美观功能的自觉满意度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损安全可行,利于患者牙齿咀嚼功能的恢复,改善美观度,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of oral implant repair and routine repair on dentition defect.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine repair and treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with oral implantation. Comparing the total efficiency,patient satisfaction and other indicators of the patients in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97. 5% in the observation group and 82. 5% in the control group,and the scores of chewing function,language function,retention function and aesthetic function were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Oral implant repair and treatment of dentition defect is safe and feasible,which is beneficial to the recovery of chewing function of patients,improvement of the aesthetic degree and the quality of life of patients and it is worth to popvlarize.
