多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻中的应用价值

Application value of MSCT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在诊断肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法选取病理证实或对症治疗后的肠梗阻患者26例,使用MSCT中多平面重建(MPR)技术、增强以及CT血管造影(CTA)应用技术,对其CT资料进行回顾和分析。结果 MSCT中多种新技术,能够对肠梗阻诊断的定位准确率,相对平扫明显提高,而且更有利于发现病变。结论 MSCT对肠梗阻的定位定性有重要作用,为临床治疗提供有力帮助。

Objective To investigate the application value of MSCT in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods Twenty-six cases of intestinal obstruction after pathological confirmation or symptomatic treatment were selected,using MPR technique,enhanced in MSCT and CTA application technology,the CT data were reviewed and analyzed.Results Many of the new techniques in MSCT can improve the localization accuracy and relative scan of intestinal obstruction,and help to detect lesions. Conclusions MSCT plays an important role in the location and characterization of intestinal obstruction,and it also provide strong help for clinical treatment.
