二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢功能的影响

Effects of metformin combined with insulin aspart on glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢功能的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者120例,采用随机数表字法分为对照组及观察组,每组60例。对照组使用门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用二甲双胍治疗,比较两组糖代谢功能改善情况及用药安全性。结果治疗后,观察组糖代谢功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者使用二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素治疗,可有效改善患者糖代谢功能,且不增加不良反应,用药安全性高。

Objective To observe the effect of metformin combined with insulin aspart on glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with insulin aspart,while the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group. The improvement of glucose metabolism function and drug safety of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,glucose metabolism function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Metformin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the glucose metabolism,and without increase the adverse reactions. It has high safety and remarkable curative effect.
