过敏性鼻炎患JL3b周血CD4+CXCR5+T细胞中SLAM及SAP的表达

SLAM and SAP in expression of peripheral blood CD4+CXCR5+ T cells of children with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的 分析过敏性鼻炎患儿外周血CD4+CXCR5+T细胞中信号转导淋巴细胞激活分子(SLAM)和SLAM-相关蛋白(SAP)的表达。方法 选取60例过敏性鼻炎患儿作为观察组,另选同期60例正常体检儿童作为对照组,在两组受试者家属知情同意下对所有儿童外周血CD4+CXCR5+T细胞中SLAM及SAP的表达进行测定和比较。结果 观察组受试者外周血CD4+CXCR5+T细胞百分率、SLAM、SAP表达和平均荧光强度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组内轻度患儿各指标数值明显低于中重度患儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 通过检测外周血CD4+CXCR5+T细胞中SLAM和SAP的表达可为临床诊断儿童过敏性鼻炎及判定病情严重程度提供帮助。 Objective To analyze the expression signalinglymphocytic activation molecule(SLAM)and SLAM-associated protein(SAP) in peripheral blood CD4+ CXCR5+ T cells of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty children with allergic rhinitis were selected as observation group, at the same time, 60 cases of normal healthy children were selected as the control group, and the expressions of SLAM and SAP in peripheral blood CD4+ CXCR5+ T cells were measured and compared with the consent of the family of subjects of two groups.Results The percentage of CD4+ CXCR5+ T cells in the peripheral blood, the expressions of SLAM and SAP, and the average fluorescence intensity in children of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P〈0.05); in observation group, the index value of mild children was significantly lower than that of moderate-severe children, and the differences was significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions Testing the expression of SLAM and SAP in peripheral blood CD4+ CXCR5+ T cells can be helpful in the clinical diagnosis of allergic rhinitis and judging the severity of the disease, and it has important clinical application value.
