针对酿造废水厌氧发酵产沼气过程,从工艺参数、工艺应用等方面进行阐述,介绍了白酒酿造废水的特性及厌氧发酵产沼气的优点,并从沼气回收利用工艺的角度,详细阐述沼气回收系统。

Aiming at the biogas production process of brewing wastewater by anaerobic fermentation, the characteristics of brewery wastewater and the advantages of anaerobic fermentation of anaerobic fermentation were introduced, and the biogas recovery system was elaborated from the perspective of recycling technology of biogas.
