跟踪了十里香原酒理化指标的变化情况,详细的汇总了2号车间从2012年10月立米查到2015年初约两个周期内酒质的变化情况,探寻了相应的变化规律,为今后的原酒生产提供了系统的分析数据,从而指引生产实践。

In this paper,we explore the changes Shilixiang wine while detailed summary the wine quality in two cycles from October 2012 to January 2015,so that we can provides a scientific analysis datas for future scientific effective production.
