摘要
以葡萄和宁夏中宁县产的枸杞嫩叶为原料,对枸杞叶的加工处理、葡萄的酒精发酵、蒸馏酒的制备、枸杞叶的浸提及料液比等一系列工艺条件进行了研究,研制了一种营养型葡萄蒸馏酒。该产品色泽澄清透明,微黄带绿,香气清新悦人,口感绵柔,酒体圆润甘醇,是一款具有保健养生功能的饮料酒。
Used grapes and the young leaves mature fruit of Chinese wolfberryfromZhongning, Ningxia province, the nutritive spirits wine were produced. Then, we studied the production process of the nutritive spirit wine, and determined the wine process conditions, including the process of Chinese wolfberry leaves, ethanol fermentation of grape, preparation of distillation wine, the digestion of Chinese wolfberry leavesand so on. Besides, the wine isgolden and green color, transparent, veryfragrant,soft and roundcharacteristics. Drinking this wine is good for health.
