基于应用型人才培养的护理实验教学改革

实验教学是培养学生实践和创新能力的有效途径。针对传统实验教学的人才培养目标与应用型人才培养要素之间的矛盾问题,我校护理实训中心经过充分调研和严格整改后,着重在教学方法和实验室管理方面进行深化改革,并取得显著效果。这对促进我国护理实验教学改革有一定的参考价值。

In view of the traditional experimental teaching talents cultivation target and the contradiction between the applied talents cultivation factors, nursing training center in our school after thorough research and improvement, focus on deepening the reform in teaching methods and laboratory management, and achieved significant results. This has certain reference value to promote the reform of nursing experiment teaching in China.
