摘要
大量研究证实儿童期低社会经济地位对其成年后身心健康产生影响。通过梳理国内外相关研究,发现已有三种解释框架:生物标记、累积效应、心理资源均存在一定局限。通过建构综合性的生物-社会-心理解释框架,以期绘制儿童期社会经济地位对成年健康影响的全景图。据此,提出生物-社会-心理应对策略,以期打破代际传递的困局,减少由社会经济不平等带来的健康不平等,帮助个体获得相对健康的生命历程。
Much research has proved that lower socioeconomic status (SES) in childhood affects mental and physical health in adulthood. According to Chinese and foreign researches, such explanatory mechanisms as biological marks, cumulative effects and psychological resources have certain limitations. Therefcre, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive bioIogical-social- psychological framework of interpretation so as to draw a panorama for the effect of SES in childhood on mental and physical health in adulthood. Based on this, this study offers biological-social-psychological strategies so as to break the dilemma of inter-generational transmission, reduce health inequality brought about by socioeconomic inequality, and help individuals live a healthy life.
