摘要
在镁合金表面用循环伏安法制备了聚苯胺涂层,并对其防护性能进行了深入研究。考察了制备工艺对涂层性能的影响,如:扫描电位区间、扫描速率、循环圈数等。研究结果表明,聚苯胺涂层制备工艺对其防护性能影响较大。在0.2 M苯胺+0.5 M水杨酸钠溶液中,采用循环电位区间为-0.2~1.8 V,扫速为30 m V/s,连续扫描10圈的工艺参数,有利于得到与镁合金基材结合良好、均匀致密的聚苯胺膜层。红外光谱和扫描电镜测试结果表明,该涂层为均匀片状结构的聚苯胺。
Polyaniline(PANI) coating on magnesium alloy was synthesized by cyclic voltammetry(CV), the corrosion resistance of PANI in 0.1 M Na Cl solution was tested. The effect of electro-polymerization parameters, such as scanning mode, applied potential, scan rate and cycle number, on coating performance was systematically studied. The results indicated that synthetic conditions affected the corrosion resistance of PANI significantly. PANI can be obtained in 0.5 mol/L sodium salicylate solution containing 0.2 mol/L aniline under the optimal synthesis condition of-0.2~1.8 V(SCE), the scan rate of 30 m V/s for 10 cycles. PANI was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The PANI has uniform lamellar structure.
