摘要
对二异辛基二硫代磷酸改性纳米二氧化钛进行了研究,探讨了改性条件对粉体分散稳定性的影响,并依据试验结果推测了表面改性机理。研究表明,二异辛基二硫代磷酸通过形成化学键稳定结合在粉体表面,改性将粉体Zeta电位由1.4 m V提升至-30.4 m V,有效改善了纳米粉体的团聚现象。
Modification of titanium dioxide nanoparticle by dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid was studied, the effect of modification conditions on the dispersion stability of the nanoparticle was discussed, and the surface modification mechanism was deduced according to the experimental results. The results showed that dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid could bond to titanium dioxide by forming a chemical bond, and the Zeta potential of the powder changed from 1.4 m V to-30.4 m V, which improved the agglomeration of the nanoparticle.
