国外都市雨水管理政策措施及对京津冀区域的借鉴初探

POLICIES AND MEASURES OF FOREIGN URBAN STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND INSPIRATION TO BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI REGION

城市雨水是重要的水资源,是京津冀城市群水资源与环境管理工作的重要内容。针对目前京津冀地区水资源严重短缺现状,通过文献分析和对比研究等情报研究方法,对德国、日本等发达国家雨水管理政策措施进行总体梳理,并以此为借鉴,结合京津冀一体化进程中的都市雨水管理现状,提出了对京津冀区域城市群雨水管理的建议。

Urban stormwater is an important water resources,and is also the important content of the water resources and environmental management work of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. Aiming at the serious shortage of water resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,policies and measures of stormwater management in developed countries such as Germany,Japan were introduced in this paper by using documentary analysis and comparative research method, and suggestions on the stormwater management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration were proposed on the basis of the stormwater management status during the process of the regional economic integration.
